Refund policy

We want your experience with Circadian to be clear after purchase as well. This policy applies to orders placed through our online store and is without prejudice to the rights granted by consumer protection law.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the order.

To exercise this right, email us at visioncircadian@gmail.com before the deadline expires and include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Once you have communicated your decision, you must send the product without undue delay and, in any event, within the following 14 calendar days.

Condition of the product

You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store. We ask that you return it complete, clean and protected, with its accessories and, whenever possible, in the original packaging. You will only be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Return costs

When a return is due to a change of mind within the withdrawal period, the direct return costs are borne by the customer. Circadian will bear the costs when the product received is incorrect, has arrived damaged or has a lack of conformity attributable to us.

Refunds

We will refund the payments received, including the cost of the standard delivery method originally paid. We will not refund additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard option.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and will not incur additional costs for you. It will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Damaged, incorrect or defective products

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, incorrect or defective. Include the order number and, where possible, photographs that help us assess the issue. This request for prompt communication does not limit your legal rights or applicable warranties.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, email us as soon as possible. We will try to stop its preparation, although we cannot guarantee this once the logistics process has begun. If the order has already been shipped, you may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with this policy.
